- How do I book a private flight? It’s very simple: enter the necessary info in the search bar (link to the search bar), and you will be shown all the flights relevant to your needs. You can book “ready to take-off” flights at a very affordable price or select one of the “Custom” flights created just for you. Remember that Custom flights with the symbol (lightning) are instant bookings (link to instant booking and refer to the explanation of instant booking).
- How can I save on my flight? To save on your private flight, you have two options: the first is to use a “ready to take-off” flight whose prices are reduced by up to 60%, and the second is to share your custom flight with other consumers coming to save up to 50%.
- How do I help the environment? We help the environment by maximising passengers on board every private flight. We also contribute to the compensation of polluting gasses by financing the planting and cultivation of our forest on Treedom (link to your page Treedom).
- How can I share my flight? in the details of your custom flight, you will find a dedicated “share flight” button that allows you to share the sessions you have not yet occupied. You are free to choose how many places to share and at what price. Jetwist will provide you with a suggested price and parameters to help you choose.
- How can I book a seat on a shared flight? With Jetwist you will have the opportunity to access many shared flights and to book your favorite flight you just need to access the complete list of our flights “ready for take-off” (link flight list “ready for take-off”). Once you have selected your flight follow the instructions and in a few steps you will be ready to leave.
- What is a “ready for take-off” flight? “ready for take-off” flights are all those flights that are already confirmed and ready to leave at a certain time. These flights are available thanks to the sharing of other users like you or using the empty legs of the companies.
- What is a “custom” flight? A custom flight is a flight that fits you perfectly created to fully meet your needs. To create one, simply enter your preferences and start searching (link search bar). Choose Instant booking flights (lightning symbol) to receive your booking confirmation immediately. When booking, remember to make a conscious choice, sharing your flight with other users.
- What does Instant Booking mean and why only some flights are? Forget waiting for your flight confirmation. With Jetwist you will have the opportunity to book your custom flight with the immediate confirmation of your booking, just like with an airliner. Custom flights marked with the (lightning symbol) will be immediately confirmed and you will not have to wait for any confirmation from the company. Flights that do not have the (lightning logo) will be pending and must be confirmed by the company within 48h. All “ready for take off” flights are instant booking.
